At Grit & Grace, we want you to love your order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 calendar days from the delivery date of your order to request a return. This includes weekends and holidays.
All returns are subject to approval.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwritten in, and in original condition
- Items must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase and matching order information are required
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee on non-defective items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all non-defective returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Orders that originally qualified for free shipping may have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund total
Customers may also choose to receive Store Credit instead of a refund.

All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If your item is confirmed defective or incorrect, we will be happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or returned to sender.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with clear photos and/or videos and your Order number so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important Flaw Bin Notice
Items purchased from our Flaw Bins are sold as-is and are final sale.
These products have been inspected and intentionally discounted due to cosmetic or manufacturing flaws. Flaws may vary in size and visibility, and customers acknowledge this when purchasing from the Flaw Bin collection.
Flaw Bin items are:
- Non-returnable
- Non-exchangeable
- Final sale
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom or personalized products
- Final sale items
- Flaw Bin items
- Gift cards
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Once an order has shipped:
- We cannot change the shipping address
- We cannot reroute packages
- Refunds will not be issued for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
If a package is lost, stolen, misdelivered, delayed, undeliverable, or marked delivered but missing, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Tracking information is automatically sent via email once an order ships.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you regarding approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 5 business days for processing
- Additional bank or credit card processing times may apply
