Thank you for shopping with Grit & Grace. Please review our shipping policies carefully before placing an order.


Processing & Shipping Times

In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days, though many orders may ship sooner.

Please note:

  • Processing/production time is separate from shipping transit time
  • Shipping carrier estimates begin only after your package has shipped
  • Weather delays, carrier delays, holidays, and other transit interruptions are outside of our control

Example:

An order may require:

  • 3–4 business days for processing/production
    PLUS
  • 5–8 business days in carrier transit time

Estimated shipping and delivery details can be found in:

  • Your Order Confirmation email
  • Your Shipping Confirmation email
  • Tracking updates provided by the shipping carrier

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Grit and Grace Store LLC is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers
  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

Once a package leaves our store, ownership transfers to the buyer. Customers are responsible for working directly with the shipping carrier regarding:

  • Address forwarding
  • Package interception
  • Delivery issues
  • Missing or delayed packages

Lost, Stolen, Delayed & Misdelivered Packages

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Misdelivered packages
  • Delayed shipments
  • Undeliverable packages
  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

Please refer to the tracking information sent via email for the latest shipping updates.


Missing Package Claim Deadline

Claims regarding missing packages, non-delivery, or lack of tracking movement must be reported to Grit and Grace Store LLC within 30 calendar days of the shipment date.

Claims made after 30 calendar days may be denied and considered forfeited in both product value and replacement eligibility.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Refunds for shipping charges or products are only available if an order is canceled prior to shipment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment for any reason.


Custom & Personalized Items

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Custom items
  • Personalized items
  • Special-order products
